Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026. This notice covers PARDNER’s public product preview and closed phone/SMS test pilot, operated by Adam Byrne. The public demo uses fictional data; real pilot activity takes place in a separate, access-controlled test environment.

Information used in the pilot

We use the invited participant’s mobile number, their SMS consent choices, call and message identifiers, status and delivery events, timestamps, and observations they provide about a test. When SMS testing is enabled, test messages and replies may be processed to understand the simulated service request and verify delivery. Do not send sensitive personal information or real customers’ details in test messages.

We do not record pilot calls. Our hosting and communications providers may also process technical request, connection and security information necessary to operate their services.

Why we use it

We use this information to run the tests you choose, honor consent and withdrawal, troubleshoot calling and messaging, and preserve evidence of what actually happened. The pilot does not send marketing, sell leads, or contact unrelated customers.

Service providers and sharing

Twilio provides calling and messaging infrastructure. Vercel hosts the website and application endpoints. Supabase stores controlled test records. These service providers process information as needed to deliver and operate the pilot.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This includes affiliates and lead generators; mobile information and consent are not shared for promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses. Necessary processing by our hosting, storage and communications service providers is limited to operating and supporting this program.

Your choices

SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase or voice testing. You can withdraw your choice in the private console or contact us. Once SMS is active, reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. Withdrawing stops future eligible pilot messages; it cannot recall a message already sent.

Retention and access

We retain pilot records while operating and evaluating the controlled tests, including consent and withdrawal history needed to honor your choices. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Provider-side records may be subject to those providers’ retention requirements. Access to real pilot records is restricted; they are not part of the public demo.
