Terms & Conditions

Effective September 20, 2026. PARDNER is a closed product-testing program operated by Adam Byrne. These terms describe the optional SMS portion of that pilot.

SMS Terms · Program and participation

Invited participants who explicitly opt in may receive PARDNER test follow-ups after unanswered test calls, responses about simulated service requests, and test-status messages. Messages identify PARDNER and the test purpose. The pilot does not offer emergency assistance, guarantee a contractor response, or book actual service visits.

Participation is optional. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, voice testing or access to the private console. You must control the verified mobile number and choose participation for yourself. An unanswered call or use of the fictional public demo does not enroll you.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the tests you initiate. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. PARDNER does not charge a pilot subscription fee. Carrier registration is pending and sending remains disabled until required approvals and test safeguards are verified.

Stopping messages and getting help

When SMS is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can withdraw through the private console or email adam+pardner@adambyrne.com at any time, including before SMS activation. An opt-out confirmation may be sent when you use STOP. Withdrawal cannot recall messages already sent.

Availability

This is an experimental, limited pilot. Calls and messages can fail or be delayed. Do not rely on it for emergencies, important appointments or real customer recovery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
